Verifying Your Email

Why Email Verification Is Required

Email verification ensures that your account is linked to a valid email address. This protects your account security and allows us to send you important notifications about assignments, password resets, and platform updates. You must verify your email before you can access any features on LifeSchoolers.

Step 1: Check Your Inbox

After creating your account, check the inbox of the email address you used during sign-up. Look for an email from LifeSchoolers with the subject line "Verify your email address". The email usually arrives within a few minutes.

Step 2: Click the Verification Link

Open the email and click the verification link inside. This link will take you back to LifeSchoolers and automatically activate your account. Please note that the verification link expires after 24 hours. If it has expired, you will need to request a new one.

Didn't Receive the Email?

If you do not see the verification email in your inbox, try the following:

  • Check your spam or junk folder — Email filters sometimes flag automated messages. If you find it there, mark it as "Not Spam" so future emails arrive correctly.
  • Resend the verification email — On the verification page, click the Resend button to send a fresh verification email to your address.
  • Double-check your email address — Make sure you entered the correct email when you signed up. If you made a typo, you may need to create a new account with the correct address.

Tip: If you are using a school or organizational email, your IT administrator may block automated emails. Try using a personal email address such as Gmail or Outlook instead.
